Starting work in Pindaruch, a remote village in Northern Bihar, PTP has adopted the following time-bound projects:
- To set up a 24-hour primary health centre (PHC) with a visiting doctor and 24-hour paramedical staff, dispensary, and half-a-dozen beds, etc.
- To set up a branch of a commercial bank and an internet café
- To provide power through non-conventional energy sources to at least 50 percent homes in Pindaruch
- To establish a model secondary school teaching all conventional and many new subjects
- To expand the primary health centre into a 25-bed hospital with at least one 24-hour available doctor and matching staff and equipment
- To impart vocational training and job opportunities
